Purpose of Position:
- Administering the underground drilling products’ rental management system, ensuring data integrity is maintained, enabling relevant stakeholders to make informed decisions..
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensuring all ERP and rental systems, including sales contracts, are current by updating asset movements as soon as possible.
- Reconciling rental contracts against rental systems and distributor reports at end of month to ensure effective invoicing.
- Preparing and submitting all asset movement and status reports.
- Compiling cyclical distributor stock status and opportunity reports.
- Liaising with distributors with regards to asset and part requirements, including raising sales orders requests, monitoring the status of requests, and keeping distributors informed on the progress.
- Proactively ensuring all agreed key performance indicator metrics are achieved.
- Compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures, participation in audits and compliance with instructions given in respect to the health and safety of themselves and the safety of others.
- From time-to-time contribute to alternate tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or division Controller.
Knowledge and Experience - Required:
- 1-3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Practical experience using SAP.
- Experience in an operations-focused role, able to work on competing deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, but with an ability to work in and contribute to a team environment.
- Intermediate experience and skills with Microsoft Office suite of products.
Travel:
- Domestic and international travel may be expected as part of the role.
