As a proudly Aboriginal led and governed organisation, the GO Foundation is committed to creating an environment that reflects the community we serve.
Founded by Sydney Swans Legends, Adnyamathanha and Narungga man Adam Goodes and Kaurna and Ngarrindjeri man Michael O’Loughlin, GO Foundation stands for integrity, equality, opportunity and strength in culture. The GO Foundation provides scholarships to Indigenous students in primary school, high school, and university in Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra. Through a GO scholarship, our students access the resources and support they need to ensure their journey through school is as rewarding as possible. The GO Foundation is committed to Reconciliation, the Uluru Statement from the Heart and a brighter future for all Australians.
THE OPPORTUNITY
More than just a leadership role, you will help us identify our long term goals and will work with the team to lead our governance, operational and strategic efforts to ensure we are set up for success and can reach our long-term goals. Play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence of the GO Foundation by focusing on how we work, who we partner with and identifying what our strategic goals are. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Head of Corporate Services will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
