- Contractor will coordinate with the cross functional teams to complete Software Licensing actions as determined by Client.
- Contractor will convey the vision and goals of the Technology Infusion and Acquisitions software related solutions to different groups and internal operations team
- Contractor will partner with cross functional teams and related stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, manage, and complete projects
- Contractor will perform project coordination activities with cross functional teams tracking dependencies
- Contractor will identify and propose system/process enhancements to improve the user experience and streamline existing processes
- Contractor will ensure that the developed artifacts conform to Client requirements and agreed quality standards
- Contractor will ensure enhancements and solutions positively contribute to and do not conflict with overarching business strategy
- Contractor will drive towards building consensus around established Policies and Workflows among different teams
- Contractor will coordinate and track project tasks, risks, dependencies with different stakeholders across Client Team
- Contractor will handoff all relevant documentation and tasks to Client
- Contractor will ensure sign off project completion from Client
Software Asset Management: - Contractor will implement various solutions at Client based on the defined requirements to complete a software review of all 3P software in scope as determined by Client
- Contractor will provide a harvesting report of usage for each software reviewed
- Contractor will work with software suppliers to gather documentation needed for software license analysis
- Contractor will work with Client Internal end users on third party software license reviews and use analysis.
- Contractor will review software license agreements to document specific requirements outlined by Google
- Contractor will partner with cross functional teams to do As IS analysis of the SW Contracts & identify actions for contract requirement based on Google identified strategy
Deliverables: - Contractor will compile SW document lists from various M&A sources (Interacting with Area Leads & Target Companies)
- Contractor will work with cross functional teams to obtain necessary reviews and approvals for software transactions. (Project Coordination may be required with many other parties within Client and with external suppliers)
- Contractor will create documentation for publisher specific Transfers & Terminations & provide guidance to the VMO team for taking actions.
- Contractor will manage/update/create various dashboards and provide requested metrics as defined by Client
- Contractor will prepare project coordination documents, WBR, project trackers, and present to client for M&A and other services
- Contractor will publish software license process documentation which can be used by the VMO or SPO teams for future projects
