Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing LTV for subscription-based products sold via self-service platforms customers.
- Launching targeted campaigns focused on upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer retention efforts.
- Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify key growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with product teams to provide commercial support for the launch of new products and features.
- Assisting in developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies with product and marketing teams.
- Working closely with leadership to contribute to the company's broader growth strategy.
Your skills & experience:
- 1-2 years of experience working with E-commerce, Telco, or SaaS-based product user bases.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in shaping product offerings, understanding client needs, and managing customer segments; familiarity with product management is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) are essential.
- Experience or familiarity with SQL is a big advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Salary:
- Gross salary: 2480 - 3970 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
