Senior Technical Delivery Manager

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to join our UniQue Technical Project Management team, part of our ICT Services Technical Division.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the high-level analysis & design of complex ICT related projects, the organizing of technical teams towards the implementation of such projects, as well as the technical delivery assurance of them towards the end customer.

For the Senior Technical Delivery Manager position, we expect you to:

• Conduct and lead client meetings for requirements gathering and analysis regarding large complex ICT related projects
• Coordinate the preparation of High-Level Designs
• Lead the transformation of High-Level Designs to Low-Level Designs in collaboration with specialized technical teams within the Division
• Participate in the presales process in collaboration with other departments
• Create/ Revise project documentation
• Organize members of technical teams towards the project delivery
• Perform project technical coordination & delivery tasks
• Ensure that the project's technical specifications and time frames are met
• Participate in events and training for further education/development

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

• University/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or other equivalent discipline
• At least 5 years of ICT-related Engineering working experience in complex ICT projects
• Main tech areas requiring at least a base level of expertise: Networking, Security, Unified Communications & Video, Compute & Storage, IT infrastructure applications
• ICT-related Professional-Level Certifications are highly desirable
• Ability to organize and lead specialized teams towards a common goal
• Strong Communication skills to work with various business stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to travel abroad (mainly EU countries, 5% of the working time) on a per-project basis

Nice to have expertise in some of the following areas:

• Infrastructure Enterprise Solutions based on well-known vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, VMware, Microsoft, HPE, Dell/EMC, IBM, Citrix, etc)
• Unified Communications & Video Conferencing Solutions
• Load Balancing/ Application Delivery (Citrix ADCs, Fortinet ADCs, etc.)
• IT infrastructure applications (AD/LDAP, DNS, PKI, DHCP, NTP, Desktop Virtualization, MFA, etc)
• Operational level understanding of both Windows and Linux O/S
• Public Cloud Solutions and Architectures
