As a Business Sales Specialist, you will have an in-depth understanding of SME customers and their business needs. You will build strong business relationships and confidently present the features and benefits of our B2B products.  

 

This role will suit you if you are a motivated individual with sales experience in a fast growing organisation. You want to be part of a team that is responsible for the success of Bolt Business and support our ambitious growth and expansion plans.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Proactive sales of Bolt for Business solutions to the mid/large size business space</point>text
  • <point>Managing your own sales pipeline, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, planning meetings, closing deals, and tracking all touchpoints in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) tools to generate a comprehensive history</point>
  • <point>Using proven outreach methods and best practices to establish and strengthen customer relationships and promoting and selling Bolt Business solutions to medium/large businesses</point>
  • <point>Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by implementing effective strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers, and analysing and optimising performance</point>
  • <point>Building and promoting strong customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders and understanding their needs and requirements</point>
  • <point>Working closely with the local business team to close significant deals and contributing to a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You have 2+ years of previous experience in the Corporate segment (Sales, Project management, Account management, Production management)</point>
  • <point>You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field</point>
  • <point>You have excellent communication & written skills in English and Hungarian language</point>
  • <point>You’re passionate about sales and consistently achieve ambitious targets, driven by a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to exceeding expectations.You have experience using a CRM (Pipedrive would be advantageous)</point>
  • <point>You have a strong business sense and industry expertise of selling business services into SME and large businesses</point>
  • <point>You're interested in shared mobility and have a track record in successfully generating and managing sales leads, onboarding clients, and managing accounts for mid/large businesses</point>
