Description:
In this position, the ideal candidate will support the processes and applications used for the Water Services organization. Candidates need to have a general information technology background with competencies in programming, network administration, database management and business process management.
Nature of work:
In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
• Participate in development of new processes, and update existing processes
• Perform analysis and make recommendations for application optimization
• Map current/future processes
• Create Work Instructions
• Train Global users of industry software tools
• Host Global training sessions
• Problem solve business issues
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Ability to multitask on several concurrent projects.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SAP, Office 365 and other business productivity tools and platforms.
Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
Ability to work with customers and leadership in remote locations
Communicate effectively to groups in person and over the phone
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and perseverance
Education Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in course of completion in Engineering, Business Administration/Operation equivalent related discipline.
Open to both current students who will be returning to their in-class studies upon the completion of the work term and recent graduates who have completed their studies within the past 2 years •
