You’ll work with a diverse mix of people in a buzzing atmosphere and be part of a welcoming, inclusive community.</p><p>If you have got the skills we’re after, you know what to do, apply now</p><p>Applications from UK Mainland only</p><p><strong>The Package</strong><br></p><p><strong>Basic Salary: </strong>£27,337 per annum with eligibility to participate in an annual employee discretionary bonus scheme.<br></p><p>All the additional benefits that CET can offer you can be found on our careers page!</p><p><strong>Work Pattern: </strong>Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)<br></p><p><strong>Location - </strong>The Underground Services Team are not permanently home based but work on a hybrid basis with the necessity to attend the office based in Preston on a fairly regular basis- actual days to be on site/at home to be agreed.<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Holidays -</strong>22 days plus bank holidays with opportunity to attract up to 3 service days at the 3 year point, one per year will be automatically added to your entitlement based on service<br></p><p><strong>Reporting To - </strong>Technical Team Manager<br></p><p><strong>Job Role and Responsibilities</strong><br></p><ul><li>Experienced in writing drainage reports</li><li>Experienced in writing water supply reports </li><li>Full understanding of Wincan drainage reports</li><li>Able to create complex reports for our insurance clients </li><li>Ability to price work in accordance with client specific schedule of rates </li><li>Understanding of all relevant regulation that apply to drainage and water claims </li><li>Full understanding of the WRC best practices </li><li>Able to advise field staff from a technical standpoint </li><li>Able to communicate report finding with both internal and external customers </li></ul><p>The above list is NOT exclusive!<br></p><p><strong>SKILLS AND ABILITIES<br></strong></p><ul><li>Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills</li><li>Ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way, appropriate to the needs of the reader</li><li>Ability to use all the IT platforms in operation with our team</li><li>Experience of dealing with incoming and outgoing calls</li><li>Experienced in customer care</li><li>Capable and confident with all IT Packages used within the business</li></ul><p><em>We have created an inclusive working environment where people from all backgrounds can succeed.
