Role Outline

A successful candidate would become an integral member of the the7stars AV department. The AV team at the7stars are driven, forward thinking and challenge themselves to deliver bespoke broadcast strategies for their clients no matter what the budget. The ideal candidate is motivated and can motivate clients to believe in great broadcast plans including bespoke video buys, big brand campaigns and performance-led campaigns for some of our most exciting clients. They would need to be capable of delivering best in class audit results whilst maintaining good relationships with the TV stations.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team lead to manage client positions and deliveries across TV, VOD, Cinema and YouTube.
  • Develop strong relationships with media owners to implement campaign changes and ensure strong delivery.
  • Deliver clear campaign reporting and analysis, suitable for internal and external client teams.
  • Owning the delivery of the client you are managing, delivering against saleshouse deals, quality & audit targets, as well as rolling value and positions over an extended period of time.
  • Supporting more junior team members with day-to-day activities and training, such as booking, buying and reporting campaigns
  • Beginning to own the TV, VOD, Cinema and YouTube planning of clients, learning to build AV strategies and present these to clients.​
  • Forge strong working relationships with senior media owners, use developed negotiation skills to deliver value for clients and push for competitive advantage in a challenging marketplace.

Requirements

  • You are likely to have Broadcast experience, be passionate, ambitious and curious.
  • You will need to demonstrate: Experience in buying TV and VOD campaigns for a variety of clients, experience of audited buying is preferred. 
  • Ability to identify campaign challenges, such as delivery issues, and find solutions to these challenges.
  • Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and time management.
  • Written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Ability to form relationships, and negotiate with, TV saleshouses.
  • Ability to work in a team.
