| Job Description | - Expert Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter and other related components
- Participate in Detailed Technical Design, development, implementation and Support of data applications.
- Manage and customize all ETL processes as per customer requirement and analyze all processes for same.
- Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement in project.
- Be able to lead the development effort and coordinate with Offshore team.
- Use acquired knowledge and develop Logical Data Models, Physical Data Models, and Data Element Dictionaries
- Translate Business requirements into Data Requirements. Understand the data elements and their domains; understand relationships among those elements and inter-dependencies between models.
- Working knowledge of RDBMS, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing techniques
- Must understand relational databases and be able to write and execute SQL statements with extensive experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience facilitating group sessions with key SMEs, and driving groups toward consensus on data design matters
- Be able to understand existing code base in DataStage and convert to Informatica mappings
- Troubleshoot and debug Informatica mappings, sessions and workflows
- Performance tuning experience and be able to work with large volumes of data
- Work in Agile projects
