Job Description :
Ideally a Business Analyst already familiar with GLBA, has broad risk assessment (what we need/what we miss), controls skills and an understanding of technology functions (cyber security) is what we are seeking.
•        BABOK is highly regarded for this role
•        Able to communicate effectively with Senior level
•        Works well on short timelines

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field and 4+ years' experience in business analysis, project management of multiple technologies, frameworks, systems or other directly related experience. Banking or finance industry related preferred.
Extensive knowledge of business systems, programming and systems analysis procedures, project techniques and practices.
Knowledge of job specific system applications or products such as Rationale or Jama.
Requires expert analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. CBAP desired.
Ability to elicit, gather and analysis user requirements.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to function in a consultative role and manage a team or project.
Requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Extensive knowledge of various software programs, including Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook email system, etc.
