Europa Trust Company Ltd has a Company Administrator vacancy in Gibraltar.
The candidate will be responsible for the incorporation and daily management of a portfolio of companies and/or Trusts, Foundations based in international locations across the world.
The role will allow you to develop international company administrative skills dealing with jurisdictions which include but are not limited to Gibraltar, United Kingdom, British Virgin Islands, USA, and Hong Kong.
You will be part of a dedicated team in Gibraltar with Europa Trust Company, who have been providing international business solution to clients for 30 years. The high standards of a client focused work ethos will be an excellent environment for you to develop in your role.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to issuing Powers of Attorney, preparing and filing Annual Returns, chasing payment of overdue invoices, requesting KYC documentation, renewal of yacht registration, reinstatement of companies, requesting Certificates of Good Standing. Therefore knowledge and experience of working with these documents is essential.
You must be client orientated and be able to file client correspondence, meet with clients, prepare minutes and resolutions, open bank accounts, undertake bank transfers, invoicing, communicating with clients by phone, e-mail and letters, all to ensure compliance with filing deadlines based on jurisdictional requirements.
You will be required to participate in training, whether internal and/or external, and to ensure that you understand relevant law and/or updates and have an obligation to follow Europa Trust Company Limited protocols and/or work instructions.
Good customer care skills are essential. KNowledge of Viewpoint essential.
Additional languages and Degree or industry recognised qualifications are an advantage.•
