Senior Litigation Associate
Atlanta, GA

MUST:
Senior Litigation Associate Attorney
4 or more years of litigation experience in areas being business, real estate, healthcare and government law
Expertise handling discovery for complex cases.
Experience taking and defending depositions 1^st or 2^nd chair
Extensive experience preparing cases for trial.
Able to lead evidentiary hearings and/or trial experience either at state or federal level.
Effective researching and drafting briefs and motions
Excellent time management skills with ability to manage and meet deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Georgia Bar License required.

DUTIES:
Defend and take depositions whether as 1^st or 2^nd chair
Lead case preparations for trial
Research and draft briefs
Lead evidentiary hearings at state or federal levels
Manage discovery processes for complex cases
