About the role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of Trustly’s growth strategy, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to fuel the sales pipeline. You’ll play a critical role in the early stages of the sales funnel by focusing on outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and nurturing leads. Your ultimate goal is to generate interest in Trustly’s cutting-edge products and solutions, setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
This role is primarily focused on generating meetings with prospects in the DACH region, with secondary focus in the Nordics. You will engage with key decision-makers across industries, positioning Trustly as a leader in Open Banking and A2A payment solutions.
Success in this role means taking a proactive and strategic approach to outreach, constantly seeking out new opportunities to drive interest. As an SDR, your efforts will directly impact Trustly’s market expansion and growth, making you a crucial part of the team’s success.
This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and you will work closely with Commercial Leadership and Sales Teams, ensuring that your outreach efforts are aligned with broader sales strategies. You'll also collaborate across departments, such as Marketing, to support ongoing campaigns and events.
The compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary with a performance-based variable component.
