About the team 
The Gaming Partnerships Team plays a crucial role in our organization's success by serving as a bridge between our company and our valued partners. The team is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong partner relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. The Gaming Partnership Manager will report directly to VP Gaming and will be a key member of the Gaming commercial team, and also work closely with the Sales & Account Development teams based in Stockholm. 

About the role 
This position is critical in building and maintaining long-term relationships with Trustly’s partners that include large PSPs and platforms that offer Trustly to their online gambling merchants. The Gaming Partnership Manager is responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with our partners, work on optimizing Trustly’s product integration on their platforms and help with onboarding new merchants coming through partners. To be successful in this role you will need to build a thorough understanding of Trustly’s product suite as well as invest time to understand the business and build relationships with the partnerships that are under your management. You will also work closely and collaborate with other internal teams at Trustly (Sales, Account Development, Product, Integrations, Legal, Marketing) to help optimize the existing partnerships and form new partnerships to drive revenue.

What you'll do

  • Manage existing gaming partnerships with key technical and collecting PSPs
  • Build and maintain relationships with our partners, with a goal to help increase our merchant base and revenue processed through those partners
  • Work on optimizing integrations with partners, with support from our Integrations and Product teams
  • Signing new gaming partnerships with PSPs but also PAM gaming platforms
  • Lead the efforts in signing commercial partnership agreements and introducing new clients coming through partners to our Sales team
  • Work closely with our Gaming Account Development team on product and market expansion of their clients operating through partners

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial/partnership roles in payments for online gambling (PSPs, payments platforms, iGaming/gambling operators)
  • Good knowledge of PAM gaming platforms operating in Europe
  • Network among online gambling operators/PSPs/platforms in Europe
  • Hard-working, ambitious, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile 
  • A very good communicator who has the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way
  • Humble with a strong business acumen and takes great pride in your work, striving for excellence with drive and endurance
  • Ownership mentality and accountability
  • Consider yourself great with numbers, analytical and able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find the relevant solutions
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • You are either located in Stockholm, London or Malta. We have offices in each of these locations
