About the Role
In this role at Easebuzz, you'll lead the development of secure and scalable payment products to enhance customer experience. With strong technical and project management skills, you'll ensure our systems meet business needs. Our customer-centric culture emphasizes end-to-end product ownership and decision-making. As a Product Manager, you'll tackle key challenges, prioritize solutions, and design go-to-market strategies, while embracing a culture of learning and innovation

 

What You Will Do:

●       Product Development: Work with Engineering and Design to build seamless, customer-centric payment gateway products.

●       Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to execute payment strategy effectively.

●       Product Strategy: Define long-term strategy and roadmaps for payment gateway solutions aligned with the company’s vision.

●       Conceptualization: Lead data-driven product development, focusing on innovative and scalable payment solutions.

●       Go-to-Market: Plan and execute successful product launches with a focus on payment gateway offerings.

 

What You Will Need:

●       7+ years of product management experience with a B. Tech or equivalent experience

●       Good understanding of API functioning and integration in payments system.

●       At least 5+ yrs of experience working with tech teams to design product solutions for better market fit.

●       Experience working in a cross-functional, agile product team environment

●       Experience working closely with UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer first products

●       Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs, especially in an ambiguous environment.

●       Deep analytical skills that use structured and unstructured data to inform key metrics and improve business decision making and able to extract data.

●       Have a passion for product with customer-first & business-first thinking.
