Epidemic Sound is backed by EQT, Blackstone, Creandum, Atwater Capital to name a few. </strong></p><p dir="ltr">We are looking for a <strong>Head of </strong><strong>Enterprise Sales | Nordics and Southern Europe</strong> to be a leader in our Enterprise Sales efforts globally.<br><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">As the Head of Enterprise Sales | Nordics and Southern Europe, you’re experienced in complex B2B selling, preferably from the media industry, as well as a seasoned and engaging leader. Experience from our key ICPs brands, digital publishers and broadcasters & streaming entities is a plus. </p><p dir="ltr">Your primary focus will be to expand the business of Epidemic Sound through the establishment of new accounts and grow the book of recurring business through up- and cross sales on the existing clients and their related accounts. You are responsible for all MRR growth across your region, both through new logos and expanding existing accounts. </p><p>You will manage a team of AEs, CDRs & CSMs. You will report to the VP of Enterprise Sales.<strong><br></strong><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Responsible for generating new customer accounts, establishing- and strengthening Epidemic Sound’s position as the undisputed market leader in the Nordics, Eastern-, Southern Europe and the Middle East.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Responsible for managing the existing customer base ensuring high adoption, customer satisfaction and ultimately retention and a positive NRR</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Setting a strategy to win in your markets and deliver on the revenue target and translating the strategy into tactics and formation of team</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Lead, coach, and mentor the team, creating a strong team culture, conducting regular 1-1s and team meetings, ensuring decisions, plans, and goals are shared, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Track and follow key KPIs to ensure success on a team and individual level and ensure correct and updated reporting to management</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Lead by example by taking a hands-on approach with a portfolio of prospective clients, demonstrating to your direct reports what best-in-class looks like both in terms of operational effectiveness and client communication</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Define (and continuously refine) New Sales best practices and processes across your team in collaboration with the colleagues responsible for DACH, APAC, and the US</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Monitor competition by gathering market information including pricing, product development, marketing activities, etc.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work closely with all other departments in order to achieve company goals such as maximizing customer satisfaction, customer knowledge, and product development<br></p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul></ul><p>To truly succeed in this role you have experience from working with complex B2B selling and are skilled and versed in acquiring new customers and building a long term sustainable customer base. You take pride in your work and the craft of selling. You would describe yourself as a proactive self-starter and a creative problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is adept at juggling multiple priorities at a time.
