The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Business-to-Business Direct Marketing / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about, energized by, and motivated by a proven sales process. He or she will possess expert skills at building new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking and relationship building. The individual will be dependable, have strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build customer relationships via various channels (outbound calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct outbound calls using tailored communication strategies to engage each prospect effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate initial meetings between qualified leads and our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition to launch the sales process.
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on lead quality and engagement strategies to continuously improve our approach to business development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, communications, and opportunities in the CRM software.
  • Maintain digital marketing presence through industry relevant posts on LinkedIn and other applicable social media platforms
  • Create industry specific digital marketing content, to include flyers, email blasts, blog posts, videos, pictures, and website enhancements
  • Generate new business by transitioning leads through the sales funnel process
  • Consistently meet and exceed performance goals through hard work and determination
  • Educate data center managers about our services and their importance to maintaining uptime
  • Develop a fundamental understanding of the data center industry and our capabilities and services we offer in a short period of time

  • Proven track record and demonstrated initiative in driving results.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, CRM tools, and digital media platforms
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • A drive to excel and grow within the company
  • Sales-driven with a proactive approach to generating new business
