| - Project Management services for the implementation of SAP ECC related projects in kernels SAP PR2, PR3 and/ or PR4 | |
| As part of Project Management services: | |
| - Creation and maintenance of project management plans, incl scope definition, timeline, rolling planning, budget estimations, forecasts, financial management | |
| - Delivering multiple projects according to scope, time and budget constraints | |
| - Leading a team of consultants (engineers) supplied by one or more partners and or from project start to project go live and after care | |
| - Understanding of Service Now (SNOW) and CHARM system for project management (or incident management) | |
| - Stakeholder management on Digital side but also business stakeholders that have an interest in the project that is being implemented | |
| - Project management in Waterfall mode of execution or Agile scrum mode of execution needs to be supported | |
| - Support Change Management on business side from IT perspective to prepare users and their managers for the changing that are coming as a result of the implementation | |
| Travel to the location of the implementation and to offices to work with the team and management | |
| Implementation of PR2, PR3 or PR4 or a specific set of SAP modules in a certain organization or making connections of one of our SAP kernels (PR2,PR3,PR4) towards SaaS solutions. | |
| - Successfully run an SAP implementation project or projects within time, budget, scope constraints | |
| - According to ’s rules and procedures for project management, which will be introduced during KT | |
| - Keeping track of all project specifics in our projects management system: Service Now which will be introduced during KT | |
| Implementation projects will be in Waterfall/Agile scrum mode, but most SAP implementation projects are executed in Waterfall mode: | |
| - Both methods of project execution need to be supported | |
| - Daily project calls or scrum meetings to check activities and progress with the team on IT and Business side | |
| - Project planning about time and budget and project finances in project planning software, excel and Service Now | |
| - Preparation and execution of Steerco’s with Digital management and business management | |
| - Reporting back on progress or impediments, issues in a timely fashion to Squad Leads, Tribe leads | |
| - Driving a project through its planning, build/ execution, UAT, prep-go live, cut over, go live, after care phases | |
| - Eventually as supplier, build Knowledge on ’s business, its stakeholders, application landscape, processes used by business that are represented in ERP | |
| - Every Functional specialist is responsible for their own line of activities in the related functional area, including the project/ program managers | |
| - Functional specialists are responsible for investigation, solution directions, risk identification, proposals towards deliverables, including requesting Template Control Team checks and sign off of the proposed solution | |
| - Adhere to the Template Control and Release Management procedures executed in CHARM, which will be introduced during KT. | |
| - Alignment with Digital Operations for the Infrastructure demand of the projects | |
| Amongst project activities: | |
| - Requirement gathering, Blueprint creation and sign-off | |
| - Build and SIT the solutions | |
| - Prepare and support the UAT and sign off | |
| - Prepare and execute Cut Over, runbook creation, execution with IT and business team | |
| - Go-Live and after Go-Live support |
