DESCRIPTION

Pontera is looking for an exceptional Senior Implementation Specialist to help us effectively steer the launches of firms for efficient, long term success. You will be a part of developing the new implementation function as well as leading the implementation process for our new Strategic and Enterprise wealth management firms. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the organization and have the opportunity (alongside the Director of Customer Support and other Implementation Specialists) to build new processes that will set this team up for success and scalability. The ideal candidate for this role is an organized individual with technical aptitude who can collaborate with ease. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management: Own the PMO process through implementation, reporting on progress and milestones while utilizing your technical expertise and industry best practices.
  • Client Relationships: Build rapport with clients by demonstrating expertise and managing engagement efforts (via Salesforce, monday.com and other tools) to form lasting, strong relationships. Provide top quality support to the organization’s champions from implementation through to Broad Launch, ensuring no technical or structural hiccups as the program scales.
  • Product Expertise: Work closely with the Product team to integrate the voice of the customer into the product requirement strategy during the implementation stage and partner with the Engineering team during the testing phase.
  •  Internal Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Account Executives & Strategic Relationship Managers to continually move implementations forward by owning and building action plans that include timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder responsibilities. Attend regular meetings with dedicated firms and manage implementation risks with high attention to detail, overcoming objections and questions as needed to push launches forward quickly. Transfer in-depth knowledge of client firms to our internal teams, including business-related learnings & blockers for our Business Development teams and technical constraints for our Product & Engineering teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years relevant experience in implementations, technical support or sales engineering.
  • Experience managing high volume of projects and requests.
  • The ability to prioritize quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, collaborative approach to problem solving, and a drive to take initiative
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce/API/monday.com. 
  • Bonus Points: SaaS and/or Wealth Management Experience
