We have a mission to lead the energy transition.</strong></p><p>We are currently in search of <strong>Solmate</strong><strong> Technician</strong> <strong><em> </em></strong>for Soltec North America.</p><p>Your goal will be provide remote and onsite technical support to our clients.</p><h4><strong>WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING</strong></h4><p>The <strong>Solmate technician </strong>will be delivering first-class customer service and creating client engagement.</p><p><strong><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></strong></p><p>-Manage incidents and claims through our helpdesk platform.<br>-Troubleshoot electronic, communication and mechanical incidents.<br>-Repair or replace electronic or communication devices.<br>-Conduct maintenance of equipment.<br>-Supervise subcontractors.<br>-Manage warranty claims.<br>-Regular commutes to onsite locations within the State of ME will be required. Occasional trips to plants out of the State.<br>-Monitoring of alarms and events<strong><strong></strong></strong><br></p><ul><ul></ul><ul></ul></ul><p><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p><ul><li>Certified trade school in Electronics, Instrumentation, Renewables.<br></li><li>Proficiency in English is required. Bilingual skills in Spanish may be advantageous for communication with diverse teams and customers. </li><li>1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry. (Not exclusive)</li><li> Electronics, instrumentation, low voltage. Desired: Basic electrical and mechanical experience.<br> </li><li> Great communication skills.
