Data Analyst

• Understand business requirements in the user stories and ensure all functional and nonfunctional aspects are understood well.
• Experience on working with ETL tools and data transformations.
• Experience on analytic automation tools like Alteryx.
• Expert in writing complex SQLs with focus on performance tuning while dealing with combining data from multiple sources.
• Analyze data using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way, using data visualizations and other tools.
• Develop recommendations for improving business processes, products, or services.
• Work with data engineers and developers to implement data solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analytics trends and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working in Agile Methodology based environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience with SQL and other data query languages.
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques.

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift.
• Experience with data warehousing and data marts.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with data governance and compliance and cataloguing tools like Alation.
