The Role

The Marketing Director will take responsibility at a Gibraltar Board level for our Sportsbook marketing activities. The applicant will hold, or be required to apply for a Personal Management Licence.

Key Responsibilities

The Gibraltar Marketing Director is responsible at a director level for:

  • Brand Management
  • Sponsorships
  • Digital Acquisition
  • Customer Retention
  • Marketing Compliance
  • Product, Data & Tech

 Skills, Knowledge and Experience 

  • Detailed understanding of marketing operations and the key decisions associated.
  • Ability to assess operational performance quickly and without bias.
  • Appreciation of Sportsbook as a 24x7 operation understanding the required flexibility with working days and hours according to the sporting calendar and ever presenting casino offering.
  • Experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
  • Well developed, empathetic leadership and management skills, embodying and championing LiveScore Group’s vision, mission and values.
  • Good planning, organisation and analytical skills allied to a self-starting mentality.
  • Commercially aware, balanced by an understanding of social responsibilities.
  • A role model who champions ED&I.
