Naval Shipyard specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing naval shipyard operations. You will collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of naval shipyard projects.

You will be responsible for coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in naval shipyard operations and a deep understanding of shipbuilding processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee naval shipyard operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all shipyard operations
• Collaborate with project teams and engineers to solve technical issues and optimize processes
• Review and evaluate shipyard operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in naval shipyard operations
• Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes and standards
• Experience in managing and coordinating resources for shipyard projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in shipyard operations
