Credit Controller/Collections Officer (100% Remote)

Position Title:  Collections Officer/Credit Controller (100% Remote) 

Contract:  Full-time, Independent Contractor 

Location:  100% remote (flexibility to support US/ET)

Salary:  As a remote, international firm, salaries are based on candidate experience and location

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our accounts team and Partners to ensure follow up of payment from clients.
• Monitor client accounts for non-payment and follow up as necessary.
• Communicate via email or telephone, with clients and partners throughout the US, regarding outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

 

Experience required:

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in credit control or collections environment
• Strong administrative experience essential
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results a must
• Ability to analyze reports
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail, organized and a problem solver
• Flexible approach to hours required.  Ability to work at least half the day during US/ET hours (for example 11am-7pm UK time or a split shift)
