weeks We are in need of a temporary resource to address Webi Secure LDAP in an HR application. In basic terms, we are looking to update our LDAP Configuration within SAP Business Objects. Currently we are using SSL Type of Basic and would like to update it to Server or Mutual Authentication.

Someone to be responsible for providing IT Applications Development, Administration, and Product Support. This role performs work of considerable difficulty with program design, development, and implementation, as well as system administration of applications.
Responsibilities
Continuously improve the reliability, predictability and performance for all development & support services adhering to industry best practices
Ensure our end users have a great experience through exceptional customer service
Help the organization adapt to constant business challenges
Work closely with Business Owners, Business Analysts, and other IT teams
Develop and support system integrations using middleware
Administer and support various SaaS applications, including Herc's document management system (Filenet)
Administer, support and develop various Herc-hosted proprietary applications
Maintain SOP documentation, standards, policies, and procedures
Regularly review operational processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
Document business & functional requirements, as well as testing efforts
Partner with cybersecurity team to remediate application vulnerabilities

Professional Experience
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred
