Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Creation: Develop and maintain Business Requirement Document (BRD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), User Guides / Manual Book, other technical documents to support External Projects.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Solution Implementors, Solution Tester and Project Managers to gather information, understand Project features/modules, and translate technical jargon into user-friendly language
  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit documentation for clarity, grammar, and consistency. Ensure that documents adhere to company standards and style guides.
  • Technical Understanding: Stay up-to-date with Officeless Operating System (OOS) - No Code Low Code Development Platform
  • Feedback Incorporation: Collect and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and usability of documentation.
  • Documentation Tools: Utilize various tools and software for creating, managing, and publishing documentation, including content management systems and version control systems.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field. Experience with IT Industry is a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical information for a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as Google Suites, Microsoft Word, Miro, Draw.io or similar.
  • Familiarity with markup languages (e.g., Javascript)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
