Sr. Talend Developer

Job Description:

• Deep understanding of Talend Data Inventory, Talend Data Preparation, Talend Data Fabric strategy & Talend Data Stewardship.
• Data Integration (DI), Quality (DQ), Governance (DG) on cloud and big data architectures working with structured and unstructured data on the Talend Data Fabric stack
• Design, develop, exposure, customize, configure, and maintain enterprise software applications using Talend ESB
• TMC deployment, scheduling, and monitoring jobs.
• Knowledge of Talend DI ESB development best practice.
• Integrated both SOAP and RESTful web services for several operations using Talend
• Strong experience in Source Systems Analysis, Business Rules Validation, Source Target Mapping Design and Performance Tuning
• Hands-on experience in Talend studio.
• Hands on experience to design, develop, validate, and deploy the ETL and DQ processes using Talend data integration and data quality tools
• Expertise in extracting data from different source systems like flat files, XML sources, big data appliances, RDBMS, etc.
• Expertise in running high volume data integrations on Talend from sources like SAP and Oracle
• Expertise on using various Talend templates and creation of new templates as well functional expertise around different ERP and CRM applications to build the data integration capability on Talend
• Experience on sharing trusted data and services to internal departments and external groups using APIs
• Hands-on experience with Talend basic components, data processing, orchestration, parallelization, transformation and ETL fundamentals.
• Expertise in Talend job, joblets and java based custom components
• Should have expertise with data profiling, mining, analysis and validations using Talend data quality tools from different data sources.
• We can leverage the new Talend runtime based on Apache Beam and Apache Spark and are built using Java & Scala, JavaScript and React.

1. Very familiar with working with India-based teams and understanding the Indian work culture.
2. They want a sharp young individual with 10-15 years of experience who is high energy and an expert in managing customers.
3. Work with teams in India – hence will need to work on flexible hours – will have to start his day early as will not be able to coordinate calls late EST time zone with India.
