General Administration Officer - KYC (AU Insurance, Home-based)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years in Australian Financial Services, particularly in KYC and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fast learner
• Team player and enjoys team interactions
• A quiet place at home undisrupted.
• Proficient in technology and CRM software.

What will you do?

• Conduct KYC tasks and obtain product information from providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service (verbal/written) with near-native English proficiency.
• Answer calls and queries from customers on the phone on behalf of various departments and resolve queries if able.
• Handle data entry, file organization, and support administrative tasks.
• Use CRM systems confidently.
