Our Marketing/Media team

As a Media Analyst  you're expected to:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads. and others.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure alignment on campaign goals and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

We're looking for professional who are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong knowledge of self-service advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bonus: Experience with SQL and coding languages (e.g., Python).
