Then you’re in the right place.<br></p><h5>What's the Mission?</h5><p><em>To create campaign photoshoots and content that elevates Astrid &amp; Miyu as a cult brand. You will be delivering engaging visual content that inspires our community and speaks to our brand values.</em></p><p><strong>What does success look like?</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Create engaging and innovative content in our in-house studio working across all brand and product content across – ecommerce shoots, campaign shoots, social content and flat lay/still life.</li><li>Work closely with the Producers to deliver the agreed visual strategy.</li><li>Understanding and proven ability to shoot video content as well as stills.</li><li>Strong lighting and studio set-up knowledge, able to overcome roadblocks and confidently set up for any brief.</li><li>Responsible for retouching assets after each photoshoot and ensuring consistent quality across all creative imagery.</li><li>A passion for being in the studio daily, experimenting and pushing the brand boundaries. You’re not afraid to try new things or ways of working.</li><li>Extremely collaborative and receptive to feedback, you want to be part of a team that supports each other and collaborates to break all boundaries.</li></ul><h5>What would you like from me?</h5><ul><li>3+ years experience of professional photography, lighting, retouching and videography.</li><li>Confident pulling references and sharing your ideas in group environments.</li><li>Great time management skills, you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to changes in direction, deadlines, and project execution.</li><li>You’ll be just as comfortable working toward global campaign shoots as you will grabbing your phone and finding the perfect set up for a piece of reactive content.</li><li>A team player, working cross collaboratively with multiple departments and supporting others.
