Description Health Insurance Operations - The Recovery and Audit Analyst is responsible for and will aid in the recovery of Medicaid funds where a third-party carrier is responsible for payment and has not reimbursed the Medicaid program. The Recovery and Audit Analyst will assist in project management, reporting, and team administration as needed. In addition, the Recovery and Audit Analyst will execute repeatable core business processes and or technical transactions with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality, and overall continuous process improvement. Part of this involves working closely with TPL supervisors to manage and support all aspects of TPL Deliverables and Enterprise reporting and participate in ongoing maintenance. Additionally, this job may involve coordinating across multiple operations teams to add and support reporting insight and needs. This position evaluates and develops procedures and processes for projects through the Shared Services Denials Management Department.
