Project Manager (DevOps)

The Role:  We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our DevOps organization. As part of the DevOps team, your role will consist of:

• Working closely with partner teams to understand their objectives and align them with the DevOps team's goals
• Collaborating with partner teams to establish OKRs and milestones our Team will deliver for them
• Helping to develop the roadmap and drive to completion projects for DevOps itself
• Coordinating and facilitate project planning, execution, and timely delivery of solutions
• Providing regular reports on project status, achievements, challenges, and recommendations to all stakeholders
• Advocating for DevOps initiatives and encourage partner teams to adopt and embrace DevOps best practices

What You’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the DevOps or SRE space, preferably in medium to large-scale technology or fintech firms
• Proficiency in using Jira or similar project management tooling
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and collaborate effectively during project planning
• Proven track record of successfully tracking and driving multiple simultaneous projects, including following up with individual contributors and reporting progress to key stakeholders
• Experience in building project summaries, allocating resources, managing timelines, and setting expectations across various projects
• Knowledge and ability to create representations or dashboards for project monitoring and reporting is a plus
• Strong skills in prioritization and triaging of DevOps-related work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field would be highly desirable, but a solid understanding of relevant technologies and resources is essential
