To help scale the business and continue to grow our product offerings, we are searching for an experienced CRM engineer who would be part of the development team responsible for the entire enterprise platform from Customer acquisition to Service. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for building out Enterprise-grade software with an innovative mindset. You’re a highly-skilled technology analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production - from conception through release. You may already be a confident leader with experience guiding cross-functional teams in successfully creating scalable platforms and applications that improve consumer experience and enable PosiGen’s growth.
Essential Job Functions
- Analyze complex business problems and implement solutions on the CRM platform.
- Interact with business analysts and product managers, and act as a solution lead to understand the business needs and implement the right solution.
- Work within an autonomous scrum team and be involved in developing and testing applications.
- Participate in the design and implementation of scalable solutions.
- Design, develop, re-factor, and enhance Salesforce.com applications.
- Collaboratively work with architects, engineers, and vendors to realize the total product vision as a comprehensive world-class solution.
- Proactively and continuously evaluate and address system performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility issues.
- Take on areas of technical ownership within the overall solution, and be the go-to person for technical guidance, design, code reviews, and problem-solving.
- Document system and application architectures.
- Work with adjacent teams to integrate new services with other platform web services.
- Partner with operations staff to develop testing and monitoring strategies and resolve defects and customer-reported issues.
- Write and maintain automated test scripts, as appropriate.
- Create and follow processes and procedures to ensure maintainable application development, including source code management, automated build processes, and appropriate documentation.

Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent training
- Salesforce.com Developer and Administrator Certifications required
- Minimum seven years of experience with technical implementations of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) projects, with at least two years of experience in Salesforce configuration and apex development work.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of CRM capabilities with Salesforce application and five years of development experience to support business processes (Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Products and Pricing, Proposal, Quoting & Contracts)
- Minimum three years of Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, security setup, views, and page layouts).
- Salesforce CRM toolkit experience with development of Visualforce pages, Apex coding, Triggers, Chatter, Deployment using ANT tool, Profiles, Data Sharing, Permission Sets, Process Building Lightning Components and Flows.
- Experience migrating code from Sandboxes to the production environment and addressing issues.
- Experience with building web services for internal and external applications.
