You’ll play a vital role in maintaining efficient operations, and ensuring timely order delivery. Whilst also supporting the Merchandise Planning Manager to oversee and develop the reporting, planning and forecasting processes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Inbound</p><p>Raise initial and repeat orders, confirming details with suppliers.</p><p>Track and prioritise purchase orders, ensuring timely release to customers.</p><p>Ensure on-time order deliveries, taking action when required.</p><p>Build strong relationships with the Logistics Warehouse to align on business priorities.</p><p>Maintain accurate stock reports and data entry.</p><p>Merchandise Planning</p><p>Manage and monitor the Product Division planning and forecasting process with the Merchandise Planning Manager.</p><p>Produce key performance indicator reports and prepare ad hoc reports as required.</p><p>Analyse current systems, propose changes and support implementation for improved efficiency.</p><p>Coach and train colleagues on reporting and system improvements.</p><p>Deliver meaningful data analysis to drive business performance.</p><p>A proactive problem-solver who can challenge and improve existing processes.</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Skills & Experience:</p><p>Highly analytical with strong numerical reasoning.</p><p>Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.</p><p>Previous experience in a Merchandising or Commercial role with strong commercial awareness.</p><p>Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.</p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>Generous holiday entitlement</p><p>Auto-enrolment pension scheme</p><p>Early finish on Fridays (2:30 PM)</p><p>Hybrid working opportunities</p><p>Onsite free parking and subsidised canteen</p><p>50% colleague discount on all products</p><p>Wellness programme, rewards, and recognition schemes</p><p>Peace of Mind Benefit / Death in Service</p><p>Learning and development opportunities</p><p>Access to local business discounts</p><p>This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in both Merchandising Planning and Inbound Logistics, within a company that values efficiency, innovation, and customer focus.</p> •
