The Role
We’re searching for an eager Marketing Assistant, Part-Time to join the Client Marketing team and work closely with other groups in the organization such as the customer success team, sales and company leadership. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing projects and programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives to build awareness among students at our partnering institutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion and skill set for project management and content marketing, plus prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising and branding. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development and implementation of the member marketing strategy, with a strong focus on driving student engagement and registration
- Support online Digital Asset Management system, including maintenance and governance
- Oversee project management of student marketing initiatives to align with various departments
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes.
- Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including project management systems
- Support Customer Success in fulfilling customer needs and requests
- Support campus meetings, events, and launch/ongoing program activities
- Maintain a directory and inventory of customer marketing materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
- Oversee the TimelyCare Student Ambassador program
- Support Marketing leadership in updating marketing collateral, and managing vendor relationships
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proficient project management skills
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact with colleagues and all levels of management
- Ability to focus on detail while demonstrating ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy of work
- Proficiency in full Google suite, especially with Sheets, Docs and Slides

The salary range for this opportunity is $25 per hour, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
