As our new Data Analyst you will be responsible for addressing a diverse and challenging range of problems to help us make better business decisions.

You will work with multiple teams internally (commercial, sales, account management) in order to support their growth, to provide business trend analysis and actionable insights, to define key metrics and help them identify revenue opportunities. This role is a great opportunity for an Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is looking for a high degree of ownership and is willing to learn new technologies.

Your day-to-day:

Develop a solid understanding of the relationships between the behaviour of our customers and our growth drivers through data analysis and modelling.
Create and maintain self-service dashboards for stakeholders across business, using PowerBI.
Utilize analytical tools (SQL, Python, Google Sheets) to prepare and analyze data, supporting key decision-making processes.
Identify new research areas and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Carry out ad-hoc analysis to address stakeholder questions focusing on commercial impact and effectively communicating your findings.
Analyse commerce data (customer segmentation, financial analysis, revenue forecast and etc.).
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation.
Collaborate with business users to determine KPIs and critical metrics to monitor for new business lines.

Your skills & experience:

2+ years of experience working on business problems in a Data Analyst/Business Analyst role.
Ability to generate actionable insights and recommendations from data analysis with an understanding of how these insights can drive business impact.
Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets where some of your exploratory analysis will take place.
Experience building effective, easy-to-navigate dashboards with PowerBI (or other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, Grafana).
Experience manipulating and analysing data using SQL or Python.
You’re a problem solver at heart and a team player.
You’re pragmatic and impact-focused - you will choose Excel over Python if it is a better solution for the problem and vice-versa.
You’re commercially aware and user-focused - able to understand needs and identify priorities to unlock business value through analytics.
You have a technical attitude and don’t shy away from engineering-related or data QA discussions.
You’re excellent at communicating in both written and spoken English.

Salary:

Gross salary: 2980 - 4300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
