Job Summary:
As our Head of Product, you'll orchestrate the launch of impactful new features, ensuring they resonate with customers and ignite prospect interest. You'll equip our entire Go-to-Market org with critical resources they need—from compelling messaging to educational content to comprehensive battlecards and training—to smash their targets. Your role will be pivotal in differentiating DeleteMe in a competitive landscape, transforming our innovations into must-have privacy solutions.

Your success will be measured by key performance indicators including revenue growth, market share expansion, competitive win rates, and customer retention. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact—from shaping product strategy to delivering insights that cement DeleteMe's position as the leading personal information removal service for consumers and businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Product launches: Collaborate with Product to ensure every feature and add-on—from major releases to minor enhancements—has a clear path to success. Lead the development of messaging frameworks, orchestrate launches, and guarantee customers immediately grasp the value of both significant updates and iterative improvements.

Training & enablement: Arm our GTM teams with the training, tools, and resources essential for their success. Create onboarding materials, build a comprehensive library of content including solution briefs and use-case guides, and empower teams to confidently articulate product value.

Technical Content Creation: Craft high-quality, rich content including whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and blogs that engage technical B2B audiences, by intimately understanding their jobs to be done.

Positioning & messaging: Craft sharp, no-nonsense messaging that clearly communicates what DeleteMe does, its importance, and our unique differentiators in the privacy space.

Customer insights: Dive deep into our buyers' mindset. Engage with customers, shadow users, and analyze discovery calls to understand their challenges, needs, and how they articulate their privacy concerns. Leverage these insights to refine messaging and inform our marketing strategy.

Competitive insights: Stay abreast of market trends and create materials like battlecards to give Sales an edge in competitive deals. Ensure everyone at DeleteMe understands our competitive position and can articulate it effectively.

Cross-team collaboration: Become the go-to expert on our customers—key personas, their pain points, and motivations. Partner with Product, CX, and Sales to ensure alignment and empower teams to deliver on DeleteMe's full potential.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product marketing at a high-growth SaaS company, preferably in the cybersecurity or privacy sector.
-Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies that make new product features and releases resonate with customers.
-Exceptional writing skills—ability to craft clear, concise product copy and compelling stories that link features to tangible customer problems and outcomes.
-Strong communication skills—capable of distilling complex privacy concepts into simple, accessible explanations without oversimplification.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Action-oriented approach—you're a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, find solutions, and drive results, even with limited resources.
-Thrives in dynamic environments—you see ambiguity as an opportunity for innovation.
-Ability to travel domestic and international

Nice to haves:
-Experience in both B2B and B2C organizations
-Experience with Google Workspace, Hubspot, and JIRA or similar project management tools
-Experience working at small and/or major industry tradeshows and conferences
-Comfortable working in remote-first, asynchronous organizations
