Senior Paid Media Analyst (CL10 Level)

Description: Provide strategic, data-driven digital media consulting and help our federal clients create innovative customer experiences to improve digital marketing effectiveness. Candidate will support omnichannel paid media buying, campaign QA, monitoring and reporting to enable a digital marketing campaign. Experience with paid media buying across Facebook, Google, and Programmatic preferred. Must be willing to participate in a brief marketing and media skills assessment during the hiring process. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust. Requirements include but are not limited to 1) must be a U.S. citizen, dual citizen, or permanent resident; 2) ability to pass a full background check including a drug test; 3) has lived in the continental U.S. for three of the past five years.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Own campaign execution of media plans across multiple ad platforms on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  2. Monitor media expenditures and update campaign budgets.
  3. Provide team with daily spending and performance updates.
  4. Evaluate and provide direction and updates to internal teams on key media plans and recommendations.
  5. Assist with execution of creative materials, including partnering with internal Marketing and Creative teams to communicate deadlines, specs, and ensure flawless creative delivery and media launches for our campaigns.
  6. Assist with creating and maintaining campaign presentations for clients and media / marketing leads.
  7. Assist with competitive research to stay up to date on media tech and platform developments.
  8. Help brainstorm and develop new media innovations.
  9. Attend internal meetings to provide relevant updates and represent media team’s efforts, as necessary.
  10. Provide weekly updates on media team’s efforts regarding deadlines and campaign details.
  11. Provide client with updates as needed.

Core Skills:

  1. Familiarity and experience working with social media channels and advertising platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and Programmatic DSPs).
  2. Demonstrated quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, including charting and graphing functions.
  5. Demonstrated ability to interpret and provide analysis of web metrics, along with independently and proactively constructed analyses.
  6. Self-motivated, organized, and high levels of attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree 

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Digital agency experience preferred.
  2. Hands-to-keyboard experience working within 1 or more ad platform.
  3. Certification in Google or Meta Advertising.
  4. Experience managing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

 

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$62,100$120,000 USD
