Ops Program Manager 2|INR

• The client is seeking Procurement Operations Data Support in the Global Procurement organization.
• You will be responsible for working on Procurement data support to prepare for our Oracle Cloud implementation.
• Data support will include data harmonization, data conversion and data cleansing.
• Originating data sources will include iProcurement PR, PO, and Supplier Data as well as Ariba Sourcing and Contracting data.
• To be successful in this role the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders will be critical. Additionally, this role will require attention to detail and the ability to handle large datasets.

• Supporting data cleansing and conversion from Oracle iProcurement and/or Ariba (or other systems) for migration into Oracle Cloud.
• Ability to work with the business, IT, and the system integrator to ensure successful data transfer.
• Ability to perform regular data quality audits and follow up with owners to improve and maintain the quality of the dat.
• Real time knowledge of the status of each data project (there can be multiple data projects running concurrently).
• Lead related troubleshooting, root cause analysis and solutioning.
• Knowledge/understanding of procurement & supply chain data issues/ considerations desirable.

• Experience with Oracle iProcurement or Oracle Cloud or equivalent.
• Experience with Ariba or equivalent.
• Experience with Advanced Excel inclusive of large data sets. Knowledge of using Power query, Power BI, Alteryx applications for data wrangling a plus.
• You must have excellent communication and facilitation skills; problem solving skills and be a motivated self-starter.
• Some experience in overall procurement process cycle is ideal.
• Very strong analytical, problem-solving, task and project management, and organizational skills.
• Strong technical background recommended.
• Good personal computer skills including : MS Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to support multiple delivery scopes & deadlines and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to complete tasks independently.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
• A background in Indirect or Direct Procurement is required.
• A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is required, or equivalent experience.
• The selected candidate should be ready to work in the EMEA shift to have overlap with the reporting manager and other US stakeholders.
