Tagaddod, a tech platform in the Renewables & Environment industry, is seeking a Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our waste management services to potential clients over the phone. Tagaddod's mission is to empower individuals and communities to build sustainable impact and income through waste, leveraging data, technology, and logistics to support worldwide energy security and waste elimination. As a member of our team, you will be part of a company that is working to make a positive impact on the environment and create a better future for all.


Responsibilities

  • Cold calling potential clients and generating leads
  • Identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions
  • Explaining Tagaddod's waste management services and their benefits to potential clients
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new products/services
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in the company database

Requirements

  • 1+ year lf experience as a Telesales Representative
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of Tagaddod's waste management services and their benefits to clients.
