Tagaddod, a tech platform in the Renewables & Environment industry, is seeking a Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our waste management services to potential clients over the phone. Responsibilities
- Cold calling potential clients and generating leads
- Identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Explaining Tagaddod's waste management services and their benefits to potential clients
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new products/services
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in the company database
Requirements
- 1+ year lf experience as a Telesales Representative
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and techniques
- In-depth knowledge of Tagaddod's waste management services and their benefits to clients.
