Commercial Proposal Specialist

- Manage projects Costing, financials analysis & ensure alignment with clients required technical specification.

-Insure alignment between sales team winning strategy and internal company financials.

- Manage project risk and ensure compliance with standard Terms & conditions

-Prepare final project commercial and technical packages for submission

-Handover complete project outcomes & commitments for the assigned team for project execution.

- Collaborate with sales team, HSE, Legal, operations and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

-Maintain updated records of opportunities, contracts, open guarantees, and all other commercial reporting documents.

-Insure various projects time management with different requirements and daily tasks.

-Review and negotiate contracts with clients.

-Improve various existing work process flows.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing commercial proposals or a similar role.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and proposal management software.
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
