Role of Purposes:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Lead to join our team to manage day-to-day operations for clients and support the Account Leader in client liaison. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing financial operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Empower Growth: Regularly evaluate performance, establish KPIs, and provide constructive feedback to boost your team members' skills and confidence; total headcount of 50-60.
- Drive Efficiency: Create and implement innovative strategies to optimize daily operations, ensuring maximum efficiency in meeting SLAs.
- Foster Innovation: Continuously seek improvement opportunities, enhance processes, and use data-driven insights to boost productivity and SLA metrics.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and proactively addressing their evolving needs.
- Performance Excellence: Track performance metrics and deliver detailed performance reports to senior management and clients.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement measures to protect the company’s operations and ensure data protection compliance.
Qualifications:
- Holding an Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration degree from a prestigious university.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Proven expertise in managing projects within a multinational corporation, with a solid auditing, accounting, or finance background.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management expertise, with a proven ability to inspire teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Professional demeanor with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical proficiency in interpreting data and metrics to drive strategic decision-making and process optimization.
- Capability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Audit/Accounting.
- Flexibility for working hours.
