Job Description:
- Assist sales teams with contract review, prototype management, pricing, quotations, price file maintenance, customer issues, payment issues and additional support as necessary.
Responsibilities: - Manage pre- and post-production activities.
- Manage prototype orders through SharePoint and Oracle.
- Review and quote service pricing when allowed.
- Quote prototype parts according to established guidelines.
- Develop internal and external relationships.
- Ensure contract review is completed in a timely manner.
- Review contracts for acceptance.
- Manage Oracle price lists.
- Resolve issues internally or with customer.
- Use established processes to ensure system integrity.
Requirements: - Years and area of experience required - 2 years of experience in sales, service support, or administrative support.
- Technical knowledge Working computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Prefer experience with Stellantis, Automotive Industry experience, Oracle and customer interaction and bachelor's degree.
Soft Skills: - Ability to successfully interact with customers and internal resources.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Sales techniques, customers and product knowledge.
Education: - Associated degree required.
- Preferred Bachelors in any classification.
