Facilities Maintenance

1st shift Facilities Maintenance Technician to work within a manufacturing facility.
Must be able to perform a variety of routine manual duties
moving supplies, furniture, equipment
trash, scrap material
Replace valves, gaskets, repair minor leaks
Repair & installlight switches, electrical outlets, light fixtures, light bulbs
Routine building maintenance, plumbing, ventilation & HVAC systems
Basic carpentry, replace & install doors, cabinets, smoke detectors
Light painting, usually trim and touch up
Landscaping of grounds
