Job Summary:
We seek motivated and hardworking individuals to join our landscaping team as Landscape Installers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for physically demanding tasks such as digging holes, planting trees and shrubs, mulching, and assisting with general landscaping duties. Candidates should be dependable, willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and other plants.
- Plant and position trees, shrubs, and flowers according to landscaping plans.
- Spread mulch, soil, and other materials to prepare and maintain landscaped areas.
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows).
- Remove debris, weeds, and overgrowth from garden beds and landscaped areas.
- Assist with irrigation installation and maintenance as needed.
- Perform basic lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Ensure proper care and handling of plants during installation.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries and ensure a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Hardworking and punctual.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to work on uneven terrain and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
