Essential Job Duties
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Digital Marketing Specialist with a keen focus on managing our score on review sites. This role is pivotal in shaping our online brand and enhancing customer engagement through effectively and consistently monitoring BambooHR’s reputation.
You will:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various review sites, articles, and competitive comparison sites.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, review volume, and increase avg. ratings (star ratings), providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Create compelling content for digital channels that aligns with brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Assist in coordinating our vendor relationships with review sites such as G2, Capterra, Forbes, Google Reviews, Trust Pilot, and industry-specific platforms.
- Analyze reviews to find areas in which BambooHR excels and where BambooHR can improve. Be able to convey this story to internal teams for future strategy roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback into marketing strategies and improve overall customer experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the BambooHR product profile is updated accordingly with new product releases.
- Organizing all BambooHR product awards and ensuring they are distributed across relevant teams and being utilized in externally facing campaigns.
- Aid in vendor communication and bid management.
- Be able to aid in monitoring the end-of-month budgets.
- Assist in vendor onboarding process by handling communication, strategy, and negotiations. Ensure timely execution and resolution of any issues by actively managing the exchange of redlines and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain progress.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- You have 1+ years of a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- You’re an effective, consistent, and reliable collaborator and communicator (both verbally and through writing).
- You’re a creative problem solver and can think out of the proverbial box to come up with new and innovative ways to problem-solve.
What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms; Tableau, and Salesforce Marketo are a plus.
- Experience with managing online reviews and customer feedback is preferred.
