FT Front Office

Horseshoe Ridge RV Resort is a brand-new, beautiful, premiere destination campground and RV resort located on a 31-acre property surrounded by the most outstanding ancient oak trees and overlooking a 15-mile view of the rugged beauty of Texas Hill Country. We are looking for a FT Office/Guest Services candidate to join our team! As a proud provider of outdoor recreational activities and camping opportunities, we strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience. As a Front Desk team member, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests during check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and assisting guests with various requests. General computer skills, understanding Microsoft software and making reservations experience preferred. Event/activity planning and Newbook experience a plus, but not required.
