Sales Coach responsibilities are:

• Acting as a mentor to sales agents

• Reinforcing sales best practices and integrate those to the sales agents phone practice

• Evaluating agents strengths and weaknesses

• Implementing strategies to help guide employees

• Monitoring employee performance

• Excellent motivational

• Great problem-solving

• Effective communication

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Coach/ Sales Trainer

• Call Center experience

• Familiar with Microsoft MS 365

• Professional coaching certificates or education
