Creative Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Creative Design Lead with a strong managerial background to lead our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of all design projects, ensuring innovative and high-quality outcomes. This role demands a visionary leader who can inspire creativity, streamline design processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the company’s visual and user experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Take ownership of all design work, from concept to completion, ensuring it aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee the development and implementation of design strategies, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into the team’s workflow.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Lead the design and production of a wide range of digital and print materials, including:
• Brochures and flyers
• Product catalogs and datasheets
• Presentations and slide decks
• Social media graphics and banners
• Website and landing pages
• Trade show displays and booth graphics
• Email marketing templates
• Infographics and diagrams
• Annual reports and whitepapers
• Case studies and success stories

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a design team.

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Experience with UI/UX design and user research.

• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
